Real Estate Agent loyalty FEAR or ABUNDANCE?
Every real estate company has AGENT LOYALTY. The only question is, is that loyalty rooted in FEAR or ABUNDANCE??
You can create agent loyalty through fear, by not teaching your agents how to generate their own business, by making them believe that their company’s brand is driving their business and by holding your agent’s’ listings hostage if they decide they want to leave.
You can also create agent loyalty by simply giving your agents everything they want and need. What type of real estate company do you want to be in business with??
