Periscope is a new live streaming app from Twitter. You can watch and see in real time what the sharer is seeing. It is available from the App Store and the Google Play Store.
You can hear what is going on and post messages to the user. The other watchers can see the messages. The one filming can not respond. They can see the messages and even flip the camera and speak live to the audience.
All you have to do is follow someone on Twitter and look for the post like above. Mash on the link and enjoy the show.

The commission split that Keller Williams offered agents is a hybrid of that offered by traditional franchises and 100 percent commission organizations. The Keller Williams agent/Keller Williams Realty receives a 70/30 commission split from the first dollar of gross commission income (GCI) generated. The agent was responsible for paying a franchise fee to the international office each year, which was capped at $3,000. The agent was also responsible for paying a fee to the market center, referred to as company dollar. The company dollar was also capped, at a level that varied by region, with areas with high average home prices having a higher cap to account for the general higher cost of doing business in such areas.

KW Cares comes to the aid of Keller Williams associates in time of need. Here are the 3rd quarter of 2015 stats.
Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we have awarded 95 grants to KW families who have been challenged with sudden emergencies that they have been unable to handle on their own.
KW Cares was the brainchild of Keller Williams agents who had a dream to reach out and support fellow KW associates facing financial hardship due to major emergencies. Mo Anderson, vice chairman of Keller Williams Realty, took this dream and brought it to fruition as a public charity. Today, KW Cares is supported by associates from across North America. It has truly become the heart of the Keller Williams culture in action, finding and serving the higher purposes of business through charitable giving in the market centers and communities where KW associates live and work.
Designated a 501(c)(3) public charity in 2003, KW Cares raises money through Keller Williams market centers and regional offices in order to provide emergency financial assistance to members of the KW family in need through its grants program, and to support other board-designated charities and causes aligned with the mission and values of Keller Williams Realty and KW Cares.
Identified by the IRS, a 501(c)(3) is an organization that has been federally authorized to receive tax-deductible donations. A 501(c)(3) accepts donations and offers donors a tax exemption on their gifts as allowed by law.
During large-scale emergencies, KW Cares may initiate the Heart 2 Heart Program where Keller Williams Associates adopt other KW associates impacted by a disaster. The market center’s primary Heart 2 Heart leader is the Heart Specialist, who determines the scope of their adopted family’s essential needs, and integrates those needs with the resources of the market center or others in their network. They focus on immediate and then long-term needs of those affected.
KW Cares is a 501(c)(3) public charity created to support Keller Williams associates and their families with hardship as a result of a sudden emergency. Hardship is defined as a difficult circumstance that a person or family cannot handle without outside help. The charity is the heart of Keller Williams culture in action – finding and serving the higher purpose of business through charitable giving in the market centers and communities where Keller Williams associates live and work.
So…instead of spending all of our money marketing our brand to the consumers(which is competing with their agents for business), we don’t spend any money marketing our company and competing with our agents for business. We actually prefer instead, to INVEST in our agents, through training, education, technology, support and profit share.
What takes all of our training the highest level, is that all of our training is based around teaching agents how to build THEIR OWN real estate businesses, around their OWN BRANDS(agent branded vs. company branded), where they are learning how to generate their own leads and build leverage in their businesses and lives(teach them how to fish)…and at #KWRI, there is actually a REAL INCENTIVE for agents to share ideas(profit share).
